Ideal for 2 adults, The Mill Cottage offers a charming double bedroom on the first-floor mezzanine level, accessed via stairs from the sitting room, complete with an ensuite bathroom. Velux windows flood the space with natural light, while a stable door provides access to external stairs on the ground level.

Charming Ground Floor Living

Downstairs, a stable door opens from the garden/patio to the inviting open-plan living area with high ceilings and exposed A-frame beams. A wood-burning stove and traditional slate-tiled floor with underfloor heating create a cozy ambiance, complemented by stylish, comfortable, and modern furnishings.

Well-Equipped Kitchen and Dining

The well-equipped galley kitchen and dining area seamlessly integrate into the open-plan layout. Enjoy stunning countryside views from the garden/patio, furnished with Rattan furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining experiences.

Outdoor Relaxation at The Mill

Guests also have access to a spacious communal garden featuring additional log seating, a campfire area, and a running stream, enhancing the serene natural setting. Relax by the fire and stargaze, or take in the tranquil lake within the grounds.

In addition to the communal garden area where you can walk around the small lake, row a small boat and enjoy a campfire under the stars, you also have your own private garden and wood-fired hot tub for two.

The wood-fired hot tub is filled with fresh spring water sourced from beneath the farm and heated using a wood burner. This natural heating method ensures a chlorine-free soak.

We provide a dustbin of wood (additional wood available for purchase) for your convenience. Please note, heating the hot tub typically takes between 3 to 4.5 hours, depending on the outdoor temperature. For more information on how it works, click here.

Your Perfect Retreat

Nestled in the Preseli Hills this cosy cottage offers the perfect accommodation, ideal for using as a base to explore the picturesque coastline of Pembrokeshire, walking in the Preseli Mountains or for the more energetic biking, there is a place to store your bikes undercover.

Accommodation

The Cottage sleeps 2 adults in a double bedroom. Bathroom: bath with overhead shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. The open plan living area: Lounge area: 1 x 2 seat sofa, a wood-burning stove, Freeview TV and a DVD player. Kitchen/dining area: electric fan oven, induction hob, microwave and fridge. There is a freezer and washing machine in a nearby stone shed.

Outside

Shared freezer and washing machine in the renovated pigsty along with a sink, ironing facilities and cleaning products etc.. There is also a dog hair dryer. A private garden with patio complete with table and chairs offers a lovely place to sit and enjoy the pleasant views around the area. Secure ample off road parking is available close to the cottage. Wood-fired hot water barrel / hot tub. This natural wooden barrel is freshly filled with spring water from the Preseli Hills between every guest visit. Logs are available to purchase, the tub takes 2-3 hours to heat up depending on the outside temperature. There is a communal area outside your personal garden, accessed by your garden gate, complete with log benches and a campfire area where you can enjoy making a fire and sitting around enjoying the countryside (wood available at no cost).

Fab place for some peace and quiet to spend time with friends. Went to a few pubs and visited Tenby but more then happy relaxing with the great view and hot tub. Everything we needed to cook etc. was available and greatly appreciated the dishwasher! Lovely and clean and well maintained, perfect break away from the city! Will definitely be returning!

A gorgeous little mill house located in a very peaceful, relaxing location. A really great spot for exploring west Wales. The mill itself is very modern and clean, has a well stocked kitchen and had everything we needed! We loved the self check in and check out too. We will definitely return, maybe for our next wedding anniversary!

Had an amazing time at Byre! The barn was beautiful, the location was perfect and we were lucky enough to have great weather. Really enjoyed stargazing in the hot tub! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely be back!
